Blindside

You narrow the field of view for a creature that you can see within range to a 5 foot wide line for the duration. 

The creature is Blinded to effects originating outside of the line. The creature decides which way the line is facing at the start and end of each of its turns.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. You can target one additional creature for each spell slot level above 4.
