Quick Description:  Protects a person tending the wounded on the battlefield, as long as this person doesn't attack, cause damage or cast spells with their spell slots.

Until the spell ends, you are warded to help accomplish your healing duties on the battlefield.  You become unnoticeable, gaining the invisible condition from anyone who you have not touched or touched you.  Your patients can see you when you administer to them as you touch them.  Any creatures who do see you, must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw at disadvantage in order to target you with a spell.  When you are tending your patient on the field with healing ointment, devices, scroll-like stored spells, healing kits or other special healing abilities that aren't spells cast by you with your own spell slots, a creature can't do damage to you or your patient intentionally or unintentionally without first succeeding on a Wisdom Saving throw at disadvantage.  If you allow allies to use your small zone created to attempt to evade enemy fire, putting your patients at risk, you break the protective bond for you and your patient and the spell dissolves.  This spell was given to temples as a gift of the celestials and will not be abused.   When anyone sees you, they notice the protective celestial ward, the mark of the non-combatant.

The spell ends when you make an attack roll, casts a spell with your own spell slots or deal damage.  Your patient is only protected while you tend to them, though you may cast a Sanctuary spell on them without breaking your battlefield healer's ward spell.   Clerics who have this spell, often have oaths of non-violence against intelligent creatures unless in self defense.
