Withering Wind

A gust of howling wind laced with virulent energy blasts from you in 90 foot Cone pointing in a direction you choose for the duration. Each creature in the Cone must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 4d4 necrotic damage and be deafened for 1 round. While a creature is in the cone, it can't regain hit points and has 1 exhaustion level. if A creature already has exhaustion levels, it has additional exhaustion level while inside the cone.

As a Bonus Action on your later turns, you can change the direction in which the Cone blasts from you.
