Blizzaja (Blizzard IV)

You manipulate ice aether to create a massive shard of ice which falls at a location you can see within range. The shard explodes and each creature within a 30 feet radius sphere of it must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take 7d8 cold damage. The ground within the affected area becomes difficult terrain for 1 minute or until melted.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 5th.
