Winged Storm's Ire

Electric wings, conjured in crude imitation of the Tarnished Queen's grandeur, erupt from your shoulders, consuming your own stamina in the process. 

You can move 90 feet through the air as if you had a flying speed, but this movement is separate from your movement. Each time the spell's movement brings you within 5 feet of a creature that has not already been affected by this spell, that creature must make a Dexterity saving throw. The first creature affected by this movement takes 6d8 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Each subsequent creature affected by this movement takes 1d8 more lightning damage added to the total of the previous creature on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If multiple creatures would be affected at once, you choose the order in which they are affected. This movement does not provoke opportunity attacks. At the end of your turn, you gain 1 level of Exhaustion (2024) for 1 hour.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the distance you can move with this spell increases by 10 feet, and the initial lightning damage increases by 2d8 for each slot level above 5th.
