The caster spends the casting time inscribing small sigils around the area that will be affected by the spell. When the casting time is finished, the caster returns to the center of the circle and selects any number of creatures that are within the circle as targets for the spell, this can include the caster.

All targets may choose to make a Strength Saving Throw, or begin to rise vertically for the duration. They rise perfectly vertically at ~35ft/sec and phase through solid barriers that would prevent this motion unless they would end the motion inside of an object. When the duration ends, the targets are 1000ft above where they started and begin to fall slowly.

The targets may move up to 30ft horizontally for every 5ft they fall down, and the slow falling effect lasts until they hit the ground, meaning they do not take fall damage. Targets that have never been affected by this spell must make a Dexterity Saving Throw with disadvantage or gain the Prone conditions and take 1d4 Bludgeoning damage as a result of not judging the landing properly.

When using a higher level spell slot to cast this spell, the altitude reached increases by 300ft for every slot above 5th level.
