Astor's Phantom Wheelchair

A Medium, quasi-real wheelchair appears on the ground in an unoccupied space of your choice within range. You decide the wheelchair's appearance. The wheelchair is equipped with any ordinary accessories appropriate to its design, and any equipment created by the spell vanishes in a puff of smoke if it is carried more than 10 feet away from the wheelchair.

For the duration, a Small or Medium creature can use the wheelchair. The wheelchair functions as a normal wheelchair.

When the spell ends, the wheelchair gradually fades, giving its occupant 1 minute to safely disembark. The spell ends early if the wheelchair takes any damage.
