Bard Blade

Your creativity is your sharpest blade. By an action, you enchant an instrument or creative tool that you have in hand and briefly change it into a weapon with which you attack a target as part of the spell. Choose a type of weapon when you cast this spell: melee (5 ft) or ranged (60 ft / 300 ft). Maybe your instrument is surrounded by the spectral shape of a sword, or an energy arrow appears on the strings of your lyre. If you have the Extra Attack feature, you can attack multiple times with this weapon as part of the spell.

You use your spellcasting ability modifier for your attack roll. The Bard Blade deals 1D6 + your spellcasting ability modifier force damage on a hit.

Higher Levels: This spell's damage die increases to 1d8 at level 5, 1d10 at level 11, and 1d12 at level 17.
