Brilliant platinum radiance erupts from you as Bahamut's Judgment falls upon the battlefield.

Hostile creatures of your choice within 20 feet that you can see must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 8d6 radiant damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

At the same time, friendly creatures of your choice within 20 feet regain 3d6 hit points.

Upcasting this spell grants 1d6 radiant damage and 1d6 healing per level cast above level 5.
