Ballistic Attack

You conjure three motes of concentrated mental force and launch them at creatures you can see within range. Each mote automatically hits its chosen target and inflicts 1d4 + 1 Force damage. You may send all three at the same creature or divide them among multiple creatures. All three impacts occur at the same time.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The spell creates one more mote for each spell slot level above 1.
