Bingh's Overflowing Closet

The caster can target one unwilling creature who then has to make a Dexterity Saving Throw, upon a failure a torrent of clothing shoots out and wraps around the creature.  The creature is restrained, deafened, and blinded while the spell lasts.  While the spell lasts, the creature is protected by the layers of clothing to the point that all slashing and bludgeoning damage is halved, and the target is resistant to cold damage.  However, the target becomes vulnerable to fire damage for the duration.  At the end of each turn, the target creature can attempt another saving throw, upon success the spell fades.
