Arctic Breath

Breathe out in a direction to release a 100 feet long and 5 feet wide blast of freezing mist and ice from you in a direction you choose. Each creature in the line must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 6d8 cold damage or half as much on a failed save. If the target fails its saving throw the mist solidifies into layers of ice causing the target to be restrained and must make a Strength(Athletics) check to try and break free of the ice.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 4th level.
