Banshee's Wail

You unleash a soul-chilling cry in a 40-foot cone. Each creature in the cone must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 3d8 psychic damage, 3d8 thunder damage, and is frightened until the start of your next turn. On a success, a creature takes half damage and is not frightened.

While frightened by this spell, a creature must use its action to Dash and move away from you by the safest available route, unless there is nowhere to move.

The sound created by this spell is audible out to 300 feet.

At Higher Levels. The damage increases by 1d8 and the range of the cone increases by 5 feet for each spell slot level above 5th.
