Winter's Howl

You release the howl of a blizzard in a 60-foot cone. Each creature in the cone must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, a creature takes 5d6 cold damage, 5d6 thunder damage, and is restrained for the next minute. On a success, a creature takes half damage and is not restrained.

A creature restrained by this spell can break free by succeeding on a Strength (Athletics) check as an attempt to break free.

The sound created by this spell is audible out to 300 feet.

At Higher Levels. The cold damage increases by 1d6 and the range of the cone increases by 5 feet for each spell slot level above 6th.
