Amplify Magic

You augment the effects of another's spell with your own magic. The target creature casts their spell as if it were cast with a spell slot of one level higher. If this spell would cause the creature to cast the spell at a level higher than their highest level spell slot they instead cast it at that level.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the augmented spell is cast as if it were cast using a spell slot of the original level plus the level of the slot you expend.
