Alia's Anti-Invulnerability

Channel primeval magics into one creature that you can see within range, briefly severing the target creature's potential invulnerability.

A target creature has all of its damage resistances downgraded by one level, except for damage immunities granted by race, for the duration. This means that the target creature takes half damage from damage types it was previously immune to (unless that immunity was granted to it by its race), takes full damage from damage types it was previously resistant to, and takes double damage from damage types it previously took full damage from.

Already existing vulnerabilities are unaffected by this spell, and will remain as they were prior to casting it.
