Celestial Harmony

Drawing on the divine presence and the song of creation, Wren unleashes powerful energy against three different creatures within 120ft of her.
Each target makes a DC 30 Constitution saving throw taking 10d8 radiant and 10d8 thunder damage + her Charisma Modifier on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one. On a failed save, the target is blinded and deafened for 1 minute. The target makes a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. Those with True sight automatically fail the first save and have disadvantage on the following, due to witnessing the unveiled power of divinity.
