Cobalt Shield

When this spell is cast, a faint, blue shield circles the target. The creature has partial cover from ranged attacks. The first time the creature takes damage, the damage is completely negated and the spell ends. This spell can be cast in two ways. As a reaction, the caster may cast this spell on a creature, and the spell works as stated above. Or as an action, the spell will last for 10 minutes, acting the same way as before.
