once cast, for one minute as a bonus action, the caster can use the bellow spell up to a number of times equal to their Intelligence modifier (min. 1).

Briefly surrounded by purple mist, you teleport up to 20 feet to an unoccupied space that you can see.

if cast at a higher level, the duration of the spell increases by 30 seconds for each spell slot higher than 1.
