You harness the fleeting force of winter to protect yourself from harm’s way. When a creature enters a space within 5 feet of you, choose an unoccupied space within 30 feet of you and magically teleport there. As you disappear, the air becomes charged with a frigid cold. Each creature within 10 feet of the space you left behind must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 1d10 cold damage and gain the Frozen condition until the end of their turn. On a success, they take half as much damage and suffer no ill effects.
At home with the bitter cold, while you have this spell prepared, you can more easily manipulate icy structures to your will. As a bonus action, you may target a five-foot space filled with water within ten feet of you to freeze it solid and work the ice. By working the ice, you can create platforms or structures that can be utilized.
Note: The Frozen condition halves movement speed, gives disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws, and lowers a target's AC by 2. It lasts for the duration, but may be ended early by making an attack against yourself with an AC equal to the spellcaster's save DC.
