Your sternum shines with primordial light before an enormous living flower bursts outward from your chest.
Its thick supernatural stem bends upward between your shoulders and supports a broad crown of overlapping amber, ochre, and golden petals. Light pulses through veins inside each petal as the blossom unfolds.
When you cast the spell, choose any number of creatures you can see within 15 feet of you. Each chosen creature must make a Dexterity saving throw as the blossom releases a sudden rain of needle-thin golden rays.
A creature takes 3d6 Radiant damage on a failed save or half as much damage on a successful one.
Until the spell ends, you can use a Bonus Action on each of your subsequent turns to release the luminous rain again. When you do, choose any number of creatures you can see within 15 feet of you, and those creatures repeat the saving throw and damage.
The blossom moves with you for the duration.
When the spell ends, the enormous flower folds inward, crumbles into glowing pollen, and disappears into your chest.
Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d6 for each spell slot level above 4.
