Bond of Promise

You touch one willing creature while it makes a promise to do or not do something during the duration. This can be something like "I promise to not kill anyone in the next 30 days." or "I promise to be extra polite to old ladies in the next 30 days". If the creature breaks the promise in the duration of the spell, you immediately know that the promise has been broken and the spell ends.

At Higher Levels. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the duration is 1 year. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the duration is 10 years. If you cast this spell using a spell slot of 8th level or higher, the spell lasts until it is dispelled.
