Broken Arrow

To cast this spell you must say "I cast Broken Arrow." This spell cannot affect the caster. But everything in a 3-3.5 mile radius around you must make a dc19 saving throw according to your spell casting ability. This spell does 10d100 of damage to anything in the radius and half as much on a successful save. This spell looks like a pillar of light, but it really is just a giant explosion. If this spell doesn't kill something that thing is blinded for the next 2 turns.
