Burst of Light

You open and point your glowing palms at a creature within rage, a mote of light swells against your foe before detonating in either brilliant or harsh light. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or experience one of the following effects.

Blinding Radiance. On a fail, the target is blinded until the start of your next turn.

Overwhelming Radiance. On a fail, the target takes 1d8 Radiant damage.

Cantrip Upgrade. The spell can affect two creatures within range at level 5, three creatures at level 11, and four creatures at level 17.
