awakening screetch

this spell can only be cast by druids( subclass: treant soul)

your screetch starts deforming roots and earth so it develops mushroom like plants

within 60 feet you summon 1d4 spore plant (cr0 1d4 hit points 15 feet movement when explode deal 2d4 poison damage) that remains there until a creature of medium size enters a radius of 15 feet when that hapens the spore awakens runs to the creature and explodes in a 15x15 feet area dealing 2d4 poison damage the druid instantly wakes up or is notified as long as the spore plant reains motionless it cant be destinguised from a normal plant ( if you use a 2 level spell slot or hygher add 1d4 to the total plants and 1d4 to the damage dealt).
