Your resolve manifests into a giant, golden form, striking down from the heavens. Target creature with less than 25% HP that you can see makes a {{savedc:con}} . If the creature succeeds, they take (5d10) radiant damage  . If the creature fails, the creature takes 60 radiant damage  . This spell disregards all resistances and immunities. 

 When a creature is reduced to zero hit points as a result of this spell, there is a chance to assimilate a characteristic that the creature had. This chance goes up based on how many charges of Resolve were spent to cast the spell, 10% per charge. One charge is regained each dawn. The maximum amount of Resolve charges that can be gained by the caster is equal to their highest Ability Modifier.

The chance of the spell receiving a trait of the enemy can further be increased both through Roleplay and creative use of other your character's abilities. A better result in Roleplay would be expressing character's values, morals, and beliefs. Stand for something. Fight for a cause. Carry out lengthy plans of ambition. Declare who you are to the most quintessential part of reality.

At higher levels: 

When you cast this spell using a 3rd level spell slot or higher, add 1d10 damage on Save or +10 damage on fail for each level of spell slot used after 3rd.
