when you cast this spell you cover yourself in a icy shell of magic nullifying energy. You absorb the next damaging spell that would hit you and reduce its damage by 5d10+5. You restore hit points equal to half of the damage mitigated, rounded down. Any excess healing is converted into temporary Hit Points.
