Blink of Blinding

In a brilliant flash of lightning, you teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space that you can see. Each creature within 5 feet of you upon arriving at your destination must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d8 lightning damage and is blinded until the start of your next turn. On a successful save, it takes half as much damage and isn't blinded by this spell.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 3rd.
