Upon casting Alred's Fabled Dance, the Bard (and only Bards) may roll a (Performance). With a score of 15 or higher all creatures who can hear or see the Bards must make a successful Charisma Check against the Bards spell DC. Those who fail join in the Bards Dance and Song and while under the spell are friendly towards the Bard and his party no matter their alignment or previous interactions Those who succeed at the check may act normally for the round, but must make a check each turn they remain in earshot of the Bards voice or music.
Party members do not have to make a save unless their are unfriendly towards the Bard (either by magic or other reasons).
Creatures immune to Enchantment or otherwise guarded from enchantment do not get their bonuses against this spell after the first round. If they choose to stay, they might eventually just enjoy the music so much they can't help themselves.
Once started, the Bard can not stop until the minute is up.
