Alter Magic Item

This spell allows you to alter the wording of a magic item or magic item with a curse.

When casting the spell you may change up to two words, add two words, remove two words, or increase a numerical value up or down by one from a magic item.

When you alter a magic item the wording must still make sence after you alter it, also you may not completely change the core source of a item. So if you use this spell on a cursed weapon you can not alter the wording to make it not a curse so if the magic item gives you disadvantage you may not later it to give advantage, and the same in reverse.

You may only have two 4th level uses of this spell activate at any one time meaning only two items can be effected, but using it as a higher level spell gives one additional magic items to a max of one additional magic item per level spellslot used.

To cast this spell you must expend a Portance that has a minimum value of 13 or higher. (So you can see how the altered magic item will work)

For each value higher that 13 you get additional number of words changed, added, removed, and numerical adjustment.

13= 2 words changed, 2 words added or removed, and numerical adjustment of 1

14= 3 words changed, 2 words added or removed, and numerical adjustment of 1

15= 3 words changed, 3 words added or removed, and numerical adjustment of 1

16= 3 words changed, 3 words added or removed, and a numerical adjustment of 2

17= 4 words changed, 3 words added or removed, and a numerical adjustment of 2

18= 4 words changed, 4 words added or removed, and a numerical adjustment of 2

19= 4 words changed, 4 words added or removed, and a numerical adjustment of 3

20= 5 words changed, 5 words added or removed, and a numerical adjustment of 4
