You permanently enchant one item of outerwear or footwear you touch. While worn, the item keeps its wearer at a comfortable temperature regardless of outside conditions — providing warmth in cold and cooling in heat.

This spell grants no bonus to saving throws against extreme temperatures and provides no protection from cold or fire damage of any kind, including from magical sources. It affects comfort only.
