Posted May 19, 2021You know, considering that 9th-level spells like Invulnerability exist, this really isn't bad. I don't know why it's been downvoted so much.
I mean, if you add a radius for the sphere (like maybe 30 feet or so), make the sphere a construct of magical force instead of a material, and make the gem worth like 500 gp and get consumed, this would be a good spell.
