Confetti Cannon

You conjure the Star Blaster, or your instrument, or your bare hands, and unleash a deafening blast of glittering confetti, streamers, and sugar-bright light in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Dexterity saving throw.

• On a failed save, a creature takes 3d6 radiant damage and is blinded until the end of its next turn, showered in sticky, glittering paper it can't immediately blink away.
• On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and isn't blinded.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
