Anointment of the Damned

The Risen Draugr is anointed with the unholy favor of the necromancer. The Anointed Draugr is permanently raised by a CR level, gaining 2x(5+CON) hit points and 4 attribute points to be allocated anywhere, to a maximum of 20. If the Draugr's  INT, WIS or CHA is raised to 18 or higher, the Draugr becomes a 3rd level spellcaster of an appropriate class.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you further enhance the evil spirit inhabiting the Draugr's body. For each level, repeat the hit point & attribute gain, also raise the Draugr's caster level by 2.
