Your Hero

This spell allows you to magically twist space, exchanging places with yourself and a willing creature within range. Once you do so, you become a new target of an effect that triggered this spell. 

In addition, you can make yourself and a spell target take each other's appearance, including clothing, armor, weapons, and other belongings, till the end of your next turn. To discern that this illusion disguises you, a creature can use its action to inspect your appearance and must succeed on an Intelligence (Investigation) check against your spell save DC.
