You command an attuned Aetherium Orb to unravel part of its copper shell into a segmented chain-blade and lash toward a creature within range.
Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 magical slashing damage.
As your control over the Aetherium improves, you can form additional chain-blades as part of the same casting. Each chain requires a separate attack roll, and you may direct the chains at the same creature or different creatures within range.
You create two chains at 5th level, three chains at 10th level, and four chains at 15th level.
If two or more chains hit the same creature, the converging blades hook into the target and wrench it off balance. You may pull the creature up to 5 feet in a direction consistent with the chains’ positions provided it is no more than one size larger than you.
