When you cast a spell that restores hit points or magically encourages plant growth, a wave of withering energy ripples through the surrounding area. The triggering spell functions normally, but nonmagical plants within 30 feet of the spell's target or point of origin immediately wilt, blacken, and release a cloud of dark pollen.
This effect causes no damage and does not impair creatures. The pollen dissipates harmlessly after a few moments, leaving behind brittle leaves and lifeless petals.
