Conjure Elemental - Stoic

You channel the disciplined elemental power of your Inner Flame to conjure a Large, intangible spirit from the Elemental Planes that appears in an unoccupied space within range. Choose the spirit’s element, which determines its damage type: air (Lightning), earth (Thunder), fire (Fire), or water (Cold). The spirit lasts for the duration.

Whenever a creature you can see enters the spirit’s space or starts its turn within 5 feet of the spirit, you can force that creature to make a Dexterity saving throw if the spirit has no creature Restrained. On a failed save, the target takes 8d6 damage of the spirit’s type, and the target has the Restrained condition until the spell ends.

At the start of each of its turns, the Restrained target repeats the saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 4d6 damage of the spirit’s type. On a successful save, the target is no longer Restrained by the spirit.

Stoic Restraint. This spell is restrained by your Stoic State, decreasing all its damage dice from d8s to d6s. This reduction applies to both the initial damage and the damage dealt to a Restrained creature on subsequent turns. Your Stoic State improves your Ranger spell save DC, making the elemental spirit more difficult to resist at the cost of raw damage.

Red Colour Conversion. When you cast this spell, you can use Red Colour Conversion to change all damage dealt by the elemental spirit to Fire damage for the entire casting, regardless of the element chosen. This includes the initial damage and all subsequent damage dealt to a Restrained creature. The spirit retains its chosen elemental identity and all other effects.

Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. The damage increases by 1d6 for each spell slot level above 5th. This increase applies to the initial damage dealt by the spirit. The subsequent damage dealt to a Restrained creature remains 4d6, regardless of the spell slot level used.
