Wind Messenger

You take 15 minutes to construct and send a short message of 140 characters or less to up to four creatures with which you are familiar. The creatures hear the message on the wind and recognizes you as the sender if it knows you. The spell enables creaturess with Intelligence scores of at least 1 to understand the meaning of your message.

Add an additional 5 minutes for each unique message you would like to send one of your targets, up to 15 additional minutes.

You can send the message across any distance and even to other planes of existence, but if the target is on a different plane than you, there is a 5 percent chance that the message doesn't arrive.
