A large blue portal opens up in the fabric of reality itself up to 69 feet away from the caster, through which a horrifying and unnaturally colorful world can be glimpsed. A huge, blue-and-gold train with soulless blank eyes and a smile like a pancake on acid thunders through, spraying sparks and oil everywhere. The train can be up to 10ft high and 11ft long (the dimensions of the train will be the same as the dimensions of the portal). The oil and sparks deal 10 d20 fire damage and 10 d20 necrotic damage on every creature within a line up to 100 ft long and 11 ft wide emanating from the portal. The train stops after travelling to the end of this line. The train then infiltrates the game itself, and deals 10 psychic damage to the DM.
At the beginning of every turn, every living creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or take 50 psychic damage and become frightened of the train). This spell can only be dispelled by the caster (who is immune to all of the above effects)
Any creature attempting to enter the portal or beginning their turn in the portal must take a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, it notices and the creatures instantly die. On a successful save the creatures are thrown 50 feet away from the portal and become frightened of it.
