Aell's Plot Twist

The caster shouts the words, "Plot Twist!", as a random plot twist, appropriate to the current plot, occurs. The Dungeon Master rolls a d20 to determine the results of this plot twist. Upon rolling a 1, no plot twist occurs and the caster takes 3d6 psychic damage instead.
