Select a point within sight. You conjure a piano for use. You may select a point in the air and opt to have the piano fall to the ground. A piano falling on a creature can be used as an improvised weapon.
A creature caught under a falling piano must make a Dexerity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 3d10 bludgeoning damage and is knocked prone and restrained. On a success, the creature takes half as much damage and is neither knocked prone nor restrained.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 3rd.

FYI, this is a totally tongue-in-cheek spell inspired by the 1/9/2020 episode of Critical Role. This is not meant to be a serious spell. But enjoy it!
I have a Kenku cleric in my campaign who is obsessed with pianos and on a whim i searched for this spell... and it exists in homebrew!!! Thanks for making this! building homebrew stuff in D&D Beyond can be a mess, so you saved me some time!
