Upon casting this spell, the caster must make a DC 10 saving throw for Charisma OR Wisdom. On a successful saving throw, the targeted creature gains hit points equal to 2d8 + spellcasting modifier. One ailment is also removed from the creature.  On a failed saving throw, the caster summons a non-combatant and non-interactive Wraith that reverses all of the ability score modifiers of each player character ( turns + into = and + into -), ability scores with a modifier of 0 are not affected. This Wraith remains around the caster for 1 day, then vanishes; reverting the ability scores of all player characters back to their original state.

 

 

At Higher Levels

Add 1d8 for each character level starting from 2 to10.
