You reach out with arcing electricity that targets a creature's heart, causing extreme chest pains and erratic heart palpitations. The effect inflicts horrible pain, causing them to fumble. The target takes 6d6 lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. On failure, the target creature also has disadvantage on attack rolls. At the end of its turn, the target creature rolls another CON save to regain composure. Target creature maintains this disadvantage each round until a successful CON save is made at the end of its turn or after 1 minute.
This spell has no effect on constructs. Undead make saving throws against this spell with advantage.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 1st.
