Cloak of Gloriousness

A cloak of swirling rainbows, glitter and lights orbit your space in a 30 ft sphere, all creatures must make a wisdom saving throw or be stunned for one minute unless they are immune to charm. while stunned the target takes 3d6 piercing damage from the glitter and is blinded for 5 rounds. On  round five the sphere extends another 10 feet and all hostile creatures within the radius must make a charisma saving throw or take 8d6 force damage from your sheer beauty and fabulousness while you can chose up to 3 creatures within the radius to gain 15 temporary hit points. If the concentration is lost before round five none of the later effects happen.
