Water forms around your hands as you imbue it with healing energy. You can apply this water to the wounds of a number of creatures equal to the liters of water you have to use in this spell. The creatures pain is eased and they are healed for 2d4 + spell casting modifier.
Add an additional d4 for every spell slot above 1st level. At 6th level or higher, you focus a small stream of the healing water directly into the body intravenously, curing the targets wounds. Additionally, the target gains advantage on CON, DEX and STR checks and saving throws for the next 8 hours due to being well hydrated with the healing water.
If this spell is used on a fiend, instead of healing they gain the opposite effects; taking an equal amount of radiant damage to the healing dice, suffering excruciating pain. At 6th level the fiend is inflicted wounds and has disadvantage on all CON, WIS and INT checks and saving throws for the next 8 hours.

A player of mine has asked to use this spell in our game and i have allowed them to do so with changes to the spell. I'll be honest it seems like this spell was created to just be OP and wasn't compared to other officially written spells. In the process of providing constructive criticism to your spell below is the changes we made, feel free to use them and change your spell.
remove the at 6th level focused stream ( this is actually stupidly strong, especially considering the base is a 1st level spell).
when levelling up increase its healing to 2d4 per level, or just change it entirely to 1d8 that way it is in line with cure wounds.
the damage vs fiends is okay, just remove the at 6th level BS as thats op, and change it to at 5th level the creature has disadvantage on Constitution checks and savings throws until the start of their next turn.
change the casting time to one action and remove the duration.
