Arcane Ki

Quietly focusing, you generate a pool of mystic power.  You gain 1 arcane ki point.  You can expend it in one of two ways.

Acceleration

You can spend 1 arcane ki point to take the Disengage or Dash action as a bonus action on your turn, and your jump distance is doubled for the turn.

Assault

Immediately after you take the Attack action on your turn, you can spend arcane 1 ki point to make two unarmed strikes as a bonus action.

You can have a maximum number of arcane ki points equal to your spellcasting ability modifier.  You lose any remaining arcane ki points you have when you finish a long rest.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you gain an additional arcane ki point for each slot level above 1st.
