You bathe yourself in bright White and Red flames. At the end of your turn, any creature within 10 ft of you must make a Dexterity saving throw. A target takes 3d6 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. If a creature moves within range for the first time, it must also make the saving throw.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 2nd.
