Ashe's Minor Magic Missile

You create a single glowing dart of magical force. The dart hits a creature of your choice that you can see within range. The dart deals 1 force damage to its target. 

The dart's damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (1d4+1), 1d4+1 at 11th level (2d4+2), and 1d4+1 at 17th level (3d4+3).

Special: The target may cast Shield as a reaction to being targeted by this spell. Doing so causes the target to take no damage from this spell.
