Ashe's Transfuse Ailment

You draws out disease and poison from one target and into another. You touch a creature and may end either one disease or condition afflicting it. The condition can be blinded, deafened, paralyzed, or poisoned. You may then touch a second target to push the disease or condition to them. That target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or suffer the previously cured disease or condition for the original duration of the disease or condition. If the original disease or condition allowed for additional saves to end the disease or condition early, then the second target may make those save as at those times.
